The Hand Mixer that delivers smoothness and freshness for hot and cold drinks and recipes!
***It frothes milk, whisks coffee and mixes omelletes much better than any other frother in the UK***Have you ever had the feeling of Nostos? Nostos (Greek: νόστος) is the Greek word for homecoming, the idea of returning home from a long journey. But home contains all these experiences and small hobbies that keep us attached to it, right? When we are away from home we want to keep all these activities that fill us with pleasure! These pleasing moments that make us feel closer to home and enchance our lives. That's why people that are away from their countries many times feel much closer to them than to the ones that already live there. It seems that the more we miss our culture, the more we do to maintain it. In the very end, we wanna keep doing the things we like for the shake of it, because we just enjoy them and we don't want anyone or anything to stand in between! Even for small but significant to us things. Well for me the Frappe coffee is definitely one of these. I like everything about it. The fact that is cold, its magnificent shape with the foam on the top (like a cold beer!), its coolness with the straw and its splendid flavour mixed with ice! So the last years, I have been living in the UK but I wasn't fully able to apply the above(I'll explain). And I'll tell you what, my girlfriend makes crap coffee!
This mixer can be used in so many ways but it couldn't be found in the UK!I have always been a fan of the Greek frappe coffee(Yes, the one you see here on the right and left). Coffee in general for me is an excellent companion when I am reading, when I am studying, when I am writing and when I am with friends. But Frappe specifically is my favorite of all the coffees! When I was waking up in the morning I had as a habbit to start my day with a nice, cold frappe coffee that would get me ready to face the day. When I was at the beach, I could never enjoy it more than with a glass of a cold frappe. Before arriving in the UK had never crossed my mind that I could stop drinking this amazing drink. Frappe is made with a specific hand mixer (The yellow one you see behind these words). The problem was that this mixer was nowhere in the English market even though I was looking for days. I couldn't believe my eyes, I thought that something was wrong. It looked so strange because this electric hand mixer is so efficient that not only is able to make an exceptional Frappe, but can be awesome as:
- Omelette mixer
- Mixer of eggs for a delicious Carbonara
- Milk frother for Capuccino, Freddo Cappucino and Freddo Espresso.
- Milkshake mixer
- Toddler meal frother
How could I fill this huge gap?I had 4 choices:
- Wait to visit Greece in order to buy one (Joke)
- Ask my parents to send one from Greece. (Extremely expensive choice)
- Order one from Greece that are listed on Ebay and Amazon. (Another extremely expensive and non practical solution. I had to pay more than £17 and wait for 3 weeks)
- Buy an electric milk frother with battery (The UK market is full of them)
How we filled that gap:So in a moment of creativity, I said that my need is other people's need, too. I sat down and put on paper all the details that would put this idea into practice. I had decided to import this machine so that you all can have the opportunity to enjoy its amazing usability. From now on, all the people in the UK can have the Frappe Coffee Frother in less than 2 business days in their kitchen. And Greeks, of course, can continue enjoying their beloved Frappe with a frappe maker in the lowest price around. Here is what our customers had said about the Frappe Coffee Frother:
